Our beautiful small clinic in San Francisco union square seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Medical Receptionist! We are dedicated to the wellbeing of our patients and has been open since 2006 and continues to be successful in achieving our patients goals.
The rockstar candidate needs to be a good team player, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Collecting co payments
- Data entry
- Insurance verification
- Monthly reports
- Helping back office when needed
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Front Desk Medical Receptionist experience is a plus, not required
