Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Greet patients as they come into the office
• Help with keeping the schedule to its optimal
• Confirm appointments
• Check out patients to make their follow up appointments and collect payments
• Scan documents as needed
• Email attachments to specialists as needed
• Make phone calls to insurance companies to check for eligibility and get a complete breakdown of benefits as needed

Requirements

• Healthcare office experience, dental preferred
• Computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Dental Terminology, Eagleaoft, and Microsoft Office is a plus!
