Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Insurance verification
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Follow up with patients
  • Assist with general office duties

Job Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of Dentrix
  • Must be bilingual- Spanish/English
  • Must know How to check Insurances
  • Must be Positive, with a ready to work attitude
  • Friendly with Patients
  • Has excellent Communication Skills
