This highly rated chiropractic clinic is looking for someone who can do all front desk related activities and administrative paperwork. Training is provided in the main office.
Flexible schedule! Full-time is preferred, but we are open to part-time as well.
Office hours: Monday – Thursday: 10am - 7pm (Temporarily due to COVID). Our usual operating hours are the same, but Mon-Fri.
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Fluent in English. Big plus (not required) if fluent in either Spanish or Bengali
- Some experience in a medical office or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Can type At least 50 wpm
- Can work in a fast paced environment, or learn to adapt on the job!
- Customer service experience (Preferred)
