Responsibilities

• Front desk scheduling, collecting, and posting of charges and payments
• Electronic billing and paper claim submission using Chirotouch & Office Ally
• Collections, and follow up of outstanding claims as well as knowledge of processing and posting of insurance payments and checking for accuracy of claims processing
• Recalling missed patient appointments
• Data entry, filing and scanning
• Insurance verification and obtaining authorizations
• Inventory Processing
• Maintain cleanliness of office
• Assisting with patient therapies/ rehabilitative exercises under the doctor's supervision

Requirements

• Seeking wellness-minded candidate who is a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, willing to work as a team player
• Ideally interested in chiropractic care and wanting to make a positive impact on our patients.
• Having knowledge of ICD-10 and diagnosis codes, and previous experience in electronic billing is a big plus, but not required
• Chiropractic software experience is a big plus
• Min 55 wpm typing skills, and excellent customer service skills
