As a team member for IT Help Desk support, you will be the main point of contact for customers! You will answer questions, look into IT problems and find solutions. The ability to speak Korean is required!

- Provide IT Support to customers
- Order material that the company sells to customers
- Assist customers with their questions and needs
- Advise customers on specific items
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers in Korean and English
- Process accounts receivable/accounts payable through system
- Other IT Support duties
- Bilingual in Korean is required!
- Knowledge of logistics or e-commerce
- Experience with ticketing and escalations
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and well organized
- Create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers
