Teamanics Peer Ratings

Workers are described well by granular ratings of skills and traits. Peers rate peers. There is no overall rating of a person because each person has strengths. We match a person’s strengths to the right job.

Smart Resumes™

Smart Resumes help you stand out for jobs where you fit best. Teamanics automatically prepares a job seeker’s Smart Resume, showing job experiences, relevant ratings, and a Fit Score for each job.

Confidential and Private

Ratings are not for public view, and are only shown to employers when a job seeker is matched to a job. Raters cannot see your ratings from others. Job seekers see ratings in aggregate without knowing how an individual rated them. Raters can be blocked and you may opt out at any time.
