Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments of staff
- Confirming appointments with patients and staff
- Obtain copies of insurance information and other information needed to established patient record
- Coordinating benefits and eligibility of care to patient and family
- Medical Record Filing
- Coordinating patient's admission process
- Customer service
- Handling complaints and escalations
- Comply with HIPAA, company guidelines, policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a medical office assistant or front desk medical receptionist is a plus
- Relevant experience required
- Great team player
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Dedication to customer service
- Passion for making a difference in the community
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Coachable and competitive spirit
- Ability to earn trust along with excellent relationship with people that we interact with
