Bring your upbeat personality and passion for patient care to this highly rated Foot and Ankle Speciality Group! We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to add to our team.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will offer quality customer service while performing administrative duties and patient record keeping.
Open to a less experienced Receptionist with the right skill set! Big plus if you are willing to work in our Rancho Santa Margarita and Newport Beach Offices. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records confidential
- Record patient charges and take co-pays
- Maintain work area, exam rooms, supplies, medications and immunizations
- Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration
- Friendly personality with the desire to support all patients
- Perform other medical receptionist duties
Requirements
- Open to both experienced and less experienced candidates with the right skills
- Experience in medical reception, treatment coordinating, billing/coding, etc is a plus, not required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Medical terminology or knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus
