Job Description
Bring your passion for patient care to this highly rated plastic surgery office in the heart of San Francisco, just a 3 minute walk from Union Square. We are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant, and are open to both certified and non-certified candidates.
As a Medical Assistant, you will help provide a supportive environment for patients. You will be heavily patient facing in the back office and need to go between the pre-op / post-op office and surgery center (same building).

Responsibilities
- Schedule hygiene and restorative appointments for a multi-doctor practice
- Manage confirmation systems
- Manage recall systems
- Greet patients
- Manage correspondence with specialists
- Research and verify patient dental benefits
Requirements
- Medical assisting experience or education/CMA certification is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate and comfortable with patient care
- Strong patient interaction skills and able to have professional conversations with patients
- Multi-tasking skills
