Schedule: 7:45am - 2pm (depending on business of patients)
Job Description:
Hematology Oncology Associates is looking to add a part-time Medical Assistant to their team who can screen patients prior to entering their office.
As a medical screener, you will work with patients when they go to a healthcare facility. You will ask basic health questions to gather patient information such as height, weight, blood pressure, and current ailments. Other duties include documenting the information you gather.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to work directly with patients
- Medical screening experience preferred, but not required
