Samsung SDS is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate returns operations of their Coppell, TX warehouse! You will effectively manage goods and keep the warehouse running smoothly.
You will work cross functionally to ensure timely returns and perform inventory management. This role is a critical support function within the company and plays a key role in driving company growth through effective execution. Experience with order life cycle and logistics operations is preferred!

Responsibilities
- Authorize and process return shipments from customers to warehouse
- Reconcile claims and invoice discrepancies
- Analyze inventory variance and product distribution
- Work closely with warehouse operations,logistics, transportation, finance, and supply chain teams
- Other logistics duties as needed
Requirements
- Experience with logistics operations related to order management, logistics operations, and inventory controls preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience a bonus
- Excellent customer service skills
